DSV is further increasing its warehouse capacity in the Netherlands with the opening of a large distribution center in Moerdijk. Two distribution centers will be opened in Limburg, one of which will be a double-decker distribution center and the other a cross-distribution center of over 100,000 square meters.
At the same time, Desway plans to build a 19,000 m2 cross-distribution center and a 43,000 m2 double-deck warehouse in Sevenum (Horst aan de Maas city) and a 40,000 m2 multi-user warehouse at Maastricht Airport. The cross-distribution center will be located at Greenport Venlo in Sevenum. At Maastricht Airport, the Marine and Air Freight and Logistics Solutions divisions will share the multi-user warehouse at Ierlandlaan 1 (Maastricht Airport). In this way, the branch office will be able to increase the level of service provided by DSW in the current "unstable and unpredictable" transport market.
Cross-Distribution Campus
The Cross-Distribution Park in Sevenum, located near the four branch offices of the Logistics Solutions Division, will start construction at the end of February. The campus will provide cross-distribution, warehousing, offices, and a joint shared service center for customers and employees of the Road Transport and Logistics Solutions divisions. In addition, the Logistics Solutions Division's global management, including its employees, will be permanent residents of this state-of-the-art campus. It will be ready for occupancy by July 1, 2023.

The 19,000 m2 of cross-distribution will be equipped with 128 cross-docking stations. The offices cover more than 7,000 square meters and are spread over three floors.
Maastricht Aachen Airport (MST)
Around Maastricht Aachen Airport (MAA), DSW is building a 40,000 m2 multi-user warehouse with 4,700 m2 of mezzanine floor, almost 2,000 m2 of office space and 22 platforms. This is four times the size of its current location in Europalaan, and Desway will leave its current location and move into the new location by the end of December 2022.
